Refund & Exchange Policy
- Cash refunds are not normally provided for purchased gold jewellery unless specifically agreed by the company and permitted under applicable law.
- Eligible jewellery may be accepted for exchange or buyback, subject to verification of purity, weight, condition, and applicable deductions.
- VAT, and other charges may not be refundable and may be deducted during exchange/buyback.
- Jewellery that has been altered, resized, damaged, repaired, or modified may be subject to additional deductions or may not be eligible for return/exchange.
- For customised or specially ordered jewellery, return or cancellation may not be accepted once production has started.
- The original invoice and required identification documents may be required for any refund, exchange, or buyback transaction.
- All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to applicable UAE laws and regulations.
